New to our training styles or unsure where to begin? This small-group introduction is designed to set you up for success. In this session, we’ll guide you through the foundations of HYROX, Lift, Lift & Move, and Metcon, so you feel confident stepping into any class on the timetable.

During this supportive and coach-led session, you’ll:

  • Learn the structure and purpose behind each training style

  • Practice key movements used across strength, conditioning, and hybrid sessions

  • Build confidence with essential exercises including sled work, rowing, wall balls, lunges, burpees, running, and foundational lifts

  • Receive coaching on technique, pacing, and scaling options

  • Complete simple benchmarks to understand your current fitness level

By the end, you’ll know exactly what to expect from every class format and how to choose the right one for your goals.
