Join our Cannon Park running community each week for a steady-paced group run, open to all abilities. Whether you are just getting started or already a confident runner, you will find a friendly, supportive atmosphere and varied routes to keep things fun and motivating.
If the weather is poor, we move indoors for run-focused coaching and drills to improve your technique, endurance, and strength. It is ideal for building confidence and consistency, whatever the forecast.
